Pronouns: she/her

I provide therapy for young adults, couples and families in the state of Massachusetts.

I support clients who are struggling with perinatal mental health;

trying to conceive, infertility,

pregnancy & postpartum

(depression, anxiety and mood),

trauma & grief, attachment,

family dynamics, life transitions, self esteem, body image, sex and women's issues.

I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

My passion for a focus in

women's reproductive mental health

and fertility comes from

my own personal journey with motherhood. As a women who has struggled with infertility, I am able to understand what my clients

are going through as they go through

the perinatal period.

I received training and certification in

perinatal mental health through

Postpartum International  (PSI).

My style is a supportive, collaborative

and nonjudgmental environment that

focuses on helping you through

whatever stage of life you are in.

I feel rewarded when you, as my client,

are able to feel empowered.

I believe that the relationship you have

with your therapist is a key ingredient

to success in therapy.

It is important you feel comfortable

talking with them.

I believe it is important for me to provide

a warm and safe place.

What does "blossoming roots"

mean to me?

I chose this name for

my practice because each phase

of life that we enter,

we are evolving from our root.

My role as your therapist is to

help blossom those roots into something beautiful.

(It also is symbolism of blossoming new roots for pregnancy).

I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology and Human Development in 2015 from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT.

I started graduate school in 2016

and have been in the clinical therapy field since.

I graduated with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from a nationally accredited, COAMFTE college; University of Saint Joseph.

Fun facts about me:

I am a dog mama, I love to craft

and I love to travel!
